With acute attention to detail, Matt maintains the highest level of food safety standards for our restaurants. Matt began at Souvla in 2018 as a Kitchen Manager at our Divisadero location, quickly learning the Souvla systems and bringing his culinary background and expertise from restaurants like Bar Tartine to our organization. Matt has been an integral part in implementing new culinary systems across our restaurants and maintains operations with an incredible level of consistency.
